Our Circles feature is now live, enabling private communities and curated networks to connect through real-world actions, while giving brands direct access to high-value audiences. Already live across major U.S. and international cities, we're now scaling aggressively.
We’re looking for someone to own and build our U.S. operations, starting with New York, Miami and Los Angeles.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for making the market work.
What you’ll do:
- Own day-to-day operations across U.S. cities
- Launch and scale new cities, starting with New York, Miami and Los Angeles
- Build and manage local teams (GMs, ambassadors, partnerships)
- Drive user growth through partnerships, events, and on-the-ground execution
- Work closely with founders on expansion strategy
What we’re looking for:
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, growth, or market launches
- Strong executor, you move fast and solve problems without waiting for structure
- Experience in consumer, marketplaces, hospitality, or social products is a plus
