We’re seeking an experienced technical leader to own the end‑to‑end strategy, lifecycle, and performance of our global Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem. In this role, you will lead a team of eight engineers delivering highly reliable, business‑critical collaboration services across a fast‑paced, global Fintech firm.
This is a high‑accountability managerial role—perfect for someone who thrives with strategic ownership, strong technical judgment, and the ability to engage hands‑on when needed. Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies is essential.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute collaboration strategy and multi‑year roadmap
- Lead platform modernization efforts, upgrades, and governance
- Ensure operational excellence across messaging, document management, conferencing, and productivity tools
- Oversee platform health, performance, compliance, and security
- Build and mentor a high‑performing engineering team
- Partner with global stakeholders and senior leaders to prioritize initiatives
What You’ll Own
- Full lifecycle of the firm’s Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem
- Adoption, performance, and continuous improvement across all offices
- Vendor strategy, licensing efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Executive‑level communication and alignment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (completed)
- 7+ years managing technical teams and owning enterprise collaboration platforms
- 8+ years working with or leading Microsoft 365 services
- Expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot (a plus)
- Experience driving migrations, modernizations, and governance
- Strong communication, decision‑making, and stakeholder partnership skills
- Work under pressure, fast pace, acclimating to shifts in urgency
