Job Summary For Supply Chain Analyst (NSC, Atlanta, GA)

Role Duration: 6+ months contract (possible extension based on performance)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite/Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Interview Process: Video interview followed by onsite face-to-face

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relations for crew transportation and lodging services across the organization.
Negotiate, administer, and ensure compliance with contracts for transportation and lodging service providers.
Maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and control costs for all contractor-provided services.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize transportation and lodging strategies, aiming for efficiency and cost savings.
Monitor contractors for compliance with operational safety and environmental policies.
Support cross-category sourcing, purchasing, and resource planning for crew services.
Gain and apply knowledge of company-specific crew services activities, methods, regions, and equipment.

Required Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (6-10 years preferred) in supply chain, procurement, or related fields.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) preferred.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with SAP
Strong MS Excel and spreadsheet skills
Familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Access (database development)
Experience with web-based portals/applications
Knowledge of Python and Power BI is a plus
