Project Manager
Position Overview
A well-known beauty brand is seeking a hybrid Project Manager to join their team. This individual should be confident presenting to senior leadership, experienced in portfolio meetings, and has managed large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and enhance performance.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and project outcomes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline project workflows and enhance productivity.
- Organize project meetings, track progress, and facilitate communication among team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years in transformation, PMO, operations, or project management leadership (cross functional or enterprise PMO experience preferred).
- Strong skills in scheduling and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and enhance team performance.
- Excellent reporting skills and proficiency in project management software.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
