Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans using tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6, incorporating risk management and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate project activities across teams through effective meeting facilitation and communication skills, ensuring all members are aligned on deliverables.
- Monitor project progress using earned value management techniques and adjust schedules or resources as needed to stay on track.
- Conduct root cause analysis for project issues or delays and implement corrective actions utilizing methodologies such as Kaizen or Six Sigma.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure timely delivery of services and products aligned with project requirements.
- Oversee program development, portfolio management, and program design initiatives to optimize resource utilization and maximize value.
- Promote continuous improvement through process mapping, business process modeling, and Lean principles to enhance efficiency across projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis, scope management, risk management, cost control, and budgeting.
- Skilled in project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6,
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $67,097.64 - $80,805.76 per year
