Role Overview
EVG is seeking a highly driven New York City Based Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of interconnected clients, projects, and initiatives across marketing, development, and brand systems. This role is responsible for managing timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution between US-based clients and EVG’s global delivery teams.
The Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accountability, and consistent progress across all workstreams. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage complexity, competing priorities, and diverse personalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client engagements across marketing, development, and strategic initiatives
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Act as the primary liaison between US clients and the Cape Town-based production team
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, development, and operations
- Drive clarity in ambiguous environments and ensure consistent forward momentum across projects
- Maintain and optimize project tracking systems, primarily within Asana and HubSpot
- Develop client-facing materials including presentations, reports, and strategic decks
- Monitor performance metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision making
- Facilitate communication across multiple platforms and stakeholders
- Support client relationship management through proactive communication and follow-through
Required Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in project management, marketing, strategy, or related fields
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency with Asana, HubSpot, and analytics/reporting tools
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build high-quality decks quickly and effectively
- Experience working with remote and international teams
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
- High level of professional polish and client-facing confidence
- Comfort working across multiple communication platforms and tools
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Salary Range: $95,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
