The ideal candidate will:

Have supervisory experience in the construction industry in the following areas:

- Street construction & restoration

- Building Foundations

- General Site Work

- Coordinating with subcontractors

- Measuring and recording as-builts

Experience with excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders, rollers & graders

Knowledge of or experience with underground sewer & water systems

Experience with GPS systems

Be detail oriented with the ability to read and interpret plans

Have excellent communication skills
