Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. Warehouse Supervisor will support the logistics and execution of supplies for our global social impact events. This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, packing and shipping event materials, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a startup tech environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities for Visit.org's global social impact events, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping event supplies
- Lead palletization efforts and ensure items are properly packed, labeled, and ready for shipment
- Maintain an organized warehouse layout and oversee general warehouse setup and upkeep
- Manage inventory within the inventory management system, ensuring accurate records and usage
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Source, purchase, pack, label, and ship materials needed for Visit.org's global social impact events
- Track shipments and coordinate delivery timelines to ensure materials arrive on time
- Evaluate vendors and maintain relationships with wholesalers and suppliers
- Handle and organize palletized shipments, including building, wrapping, moving, and preparing pallets for storage and outbound shipping
- Maintain purchase records, shipment tracking details, and supplier information
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding event supply needs and logistics timelines
- Assist with cost tracking and reporting, and with additional operational projects as needed.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or fulfillment
- Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and basic warehouse supervision
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management tools
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary range from $50,000 to $59,000 DOE; however, base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A range of benefits may include equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off, which may be provided as part of the compensation package.
