Summary of role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. Based in Chicago, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, be customer‑service oriented, and possess the ability to navigate multiple priorities effectively while leveraging data, analytics, and AI‑enabled tools to support day‑to‑day supply chain operations.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Reconcile, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory.
- Use data visualization tools to monitor trends, identify risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, systems, AI‑enabled tools, and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding ETAs of trucks.
- Maintain accurate information regarding product specifications.
- Schedule deliveries based on customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate claims process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and AI‑supported insights to inform daily decisions.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics related roles.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States, company does not sponsor foreign nationals.
