City Shift Finance is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to join our executive leadership team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time senior executive role with hybrid flexibility.
The Chief Technology Officer will lead enterprise technology strategy, platform architecture, data infrastructure, and product systems development across the organization. This role is responsible for building scalable technology capabilities that support long-term growth, operational discipline, data governance, and enterprise-level performance.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical leadership with strategic business judgment and the ability to architect secure, scalable systems that translate company vision into durable infrastructure.
Base Salary: $350,000 – $420,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Additional Compensation: Performance bonus eligibility and executive benefits package
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and long-term architecture planning.
Oversee development of scalable, secure, and resilient platform infrastructure.
Architect and manage data systems, analytics pipelines, and internal technology frameworks.
Establish cybersecurity, governance, and compliance standards.
Drive product innovation and technology roadmap execution.
Build and mentor high-performing engineering and technical leadership teams.
Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategy with revenue objectives.
Oversee vendor selection, system integrations, and enterprise software optimization.
Ensure performance, uptime, and system reliability across all digital platforms.
Lead modernization initiatives and continuous technology improvement efforts.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior executive oversight.
Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise-grade technology infrastructure.
Strong background in data architecture, cloud environments, and system security.
Experience leading engineering teams in growth-stage or scaling organizations.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business priorities into technical execution.
Expertise in performance tracking systems and enterprise technology platforms.
Exceptional decision-making and organizational leadership capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
