Local contractor specializing in the design and installation of Automatic Temperature Controls and Building Automation Systems is seeking an entry level Junior Project Manager to assist Senior Engineers and Project Managers on multi-year projects at an iconic institution in the New York Metropolitan Area. Individual will have direct client contact and should possess excellent communication skills and a technical background/education. Knowledge of commercial buildings' heating, ventilating, air conditioning or electrical systems preferred.
Duties will include onsite field support, interfacing with client engineering and facilities staff, supporting our subcontractors, acquisition of materials and vendor purchases, review of plans and specifications along with system commissioning.
Additional responsibilities will include the preparation of design drawings and submittals, formal requests for information and general correspondence.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
