Dohl General Construction LLC is looking for motivated, responsible, mature, drug-free candidates for full-time employment. Candidates must possess a superior work ethic, excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment and have a desire to succeed in their position with a growing company.
The Foreman/Lead Carpenter position must have a minimum of five years experience in most aspects of residential and commercial construction, including framing, roofing, siding, drywall, paint, flooring, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. Lead carpenters/Foreman will be responsible for all aspects of on-site project organization, execution and completion, as well as managing multiple employees and subcontractors. Applicants should have an understanding of cost control, safety, building codes and blueprint reading. Basic math skills, ability to think analytically and problem solve are also required A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must.
