Now Hiring: Lead Carpenter
We are lookingfor an experienced and well rounded Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, can lead by example, and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage residential construction projects on-site
· Read and interpret blueprints and plans
· Coordinate with crew members, subcontractors, and management
· Ensure high-quality workmanship and job site safety
· Maintain schedules and meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of carpentry experience (lead experience preferred), with at least 5-10 years of framing experience.
· Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
· Ability to lead a crew of 2-3 members and communicate clearly
· Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
· Ability to ensure jobs are maintained and finished within the job scope
· Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation with tools

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
