- Efficiently dispatch tow trucks to ensure timely service delivery
- Track the status of dispatched services and provide clients with updates as necessary
- Maintain clear and effective communication with tow truck operators to ensure prompt service
- Document all calls and service requests accurately in the dispatch system
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatch processes
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the towing or transportation industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with dispatch software or GPS tracking systems
