Lead Roofer Wanted – Take Charge at Roof Rescue
Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho
Pay: $25 - $28 per hour (based on experience)

We’re Roof Rescue — and we’re looking for a badass Lead Roofer.
We do clean, quality work, no excuses. We’re growing fast, and we need someone who’s not afraid to run the show on-site, make the calls, and train the next generation while still getting their hands dirty.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading residential & light commercial roof jobs like a boss
- Managing a crew with efficiency, clarity, and respect
- Installing, repairing, and replacing roofs — shingles, metal, low slope, the whole deal
- Communicating with the office and homeowners (no disappearing acts)
- Keeping job sites clean, safe, and on schedule
- Solving problems fast and right
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years on the roof, at least 2 in a leadership role
- Master of asphalt shingles; bonus if you’ve done metal & low-slope
- Knows roofing codes, safety rules, and how to keep a site tight
- Valid license & reliable wheels
- Takes pride in doing it right the first time
- Shows up, works hard, and knows when to speak up
