We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to support initiatives related to footprint optimization and acquisition integration. This role works closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to analyze operational data, coordinate project activities, and support execution of integration and optimization efforts.

Footprint optimization support

Analyze operational footprints across facilities, supply chains, and distribution networks

Perform data collection, analysis, and documentation related to efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities
Acquisition integration support

Support integration activities for newly acquired entities, including documentation, tracking action items, and coordinating meetings

Transition planning and execution
Cross-functional coordination

Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to gather inputs and help align project activities

Serve as a point of contact for scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates
Project leadership

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and contingency plans

Monitor progress and escalate risks or delays to management team

Track KPIs and prepare reports and presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes
Change management

Create communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder updates to support adoption of new processes
Risk assessment

Identify potential issues or risks and communicate them to senior team members for mitigation planning
