OVERVIEW
We are seeking someone who is capable, detail-oriented and proactive Operations Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-task situations, internet savvy, adhere to onsite fabrication safety requirements, administrative knowledge, and possess a diverse skill set to support various operational functions.
DUTIES
- Position is 50% remote, with on-site requirement during project Installation stage (45 days), Maintenance Stage (60-90 days) and dismantle stage (14 days) - we provide housing, food, and travel during all business travel and on-site projects.
- Monitor project operations, and ensure each phase of the project is being handled according to the timeline.
- Developing strategy and advanced techniques to deliver better processes.
- Hiring and Training of new employees remotely during growth periods.
- Business retention of current accounts, and improving relations Tradeshow and Conference participation when needed
- Bilingual English - Spanish would be ideal
- Adhere to Safety Protocol in connection to onsite fabrication - and manage the operations according to all SAFETY Guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to travel at any time
- Must have a flexible schedule and ability to focus on multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly developing environment.
- Being proficient in Administrative level functions are critical (Word - Excel - PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and self motivating.
- Bilingual English / Spanish
