Duties

Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful completion of objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, set priorities, and implement solutions
Analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making processes
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates and gather feedback
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Assist in training team members on new procedures or tools as needed
Support the development of documentation, presentations, and other materials for internal use

Experience

Proven experience in project management, coordination, or related roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with relevant tools and software such as MS Office Suite, project management platforms, or data analysis programs
Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
Prior experience in a similar industry or role is preferred but not mandatory
