Duties

Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools around the job site efficiently and safely
Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople with their tasks as needed
Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, following all safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent accidents

Skills

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative work
Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures and practices
Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully and reliably
Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
