About The Role
The Transportation & Parking Supervisor oversees daily operations of parking and transportation services to ensure efficient, safe, and guest-focused operations. This role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, addressing customer concerns, and optimizing parking and transportation resources to meet organizational goals.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinates with Baggage Handling to ensure proper movement of luggage.
- Supervise valet attendants and valet cashiers
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Ensures the smooth and efficient traffic flow of the valet parking system and vehicle staging during peak times or special events.
- Performs administrative functions including scheduling, associate evaluations, counseling, training sessions and operational procedures
- Address and resolve customer complaints or inquiries regarding parking and transportation services.
- Ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining professional and courteous interactions.
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding operational performance and challenges.
- Handle unexpected issues, such as vehicle breakdowns, overcrowding, or customer disputes
- Assists in all customer transportation services, including but not limited to limousines, buses, helicopter, etc.
- Other duties as defined by the upper management team
Essential Functions
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas and work in various weather conditions.
- Must possess valid New Jersey Driver's License with clean driving record
Requirements
- Minimum High School degree/GED or equivalent experience preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of appropriate experience and/or management training in Parking related positions
- Strong background in customer service and team leadership.
- The ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand).

The range for this position is $19.47/hour to $25.28/hour.
