Project Manager (Site Development & Parking Structure) - US, Illinois - 9 Months Contract
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager (Site Development & Parking Structure) to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Illinois, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
What you'll do:
- Lead project delivery in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and company standards.

Oversee site safety, project communications, and integrated change control for assigned areas.

Manage resources, staffing, and vendor coordination, including RFP preparation, bid analysis, and cost estimates.

Monitor progress, mitigate risks, while documenting lessons learned and supporting schedule integration.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience delivering large capital projects in the Life Sciences industry, with strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and CQV practices.

Skilled in project management tools (e.g., P6, MS Project) and MS Office, with the ability to manage risks, metrics, and schedules effectively.

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to go beyond traditional PM responsibilities.

Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
