About Role
Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to support our day-to-day inventory, order fulfillment processes, and overall Operations team.
This is a full-time role based out of our Midtown NYC office, requiring 5 days per week in office.
Responsibilities
Inventory & Supplies Management
- Organize incoming shipments of materials and finished pieces
- Monitor and restock packaging materials (boxes, bags, polishing cloths, etc.)
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels and report low stock
- Assist with placing supply reorders with vendors as needed
Jewelry Quality Control & Fulfillment
- Inspect finished jewelry pieces for defects, tarnishing, or inconsistencies
- Ensure correct items and sizes are included in each order
- Carefully package products using branded materials to reflect our premium experience
- Print shipping labels and prepare orders for daily drop-off or pickup
- Track shipments and handle basic customer service issues (e.g., lost packages)
About You
- Proactive with a “no task too big or too small” mindset
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Organized and able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Clear and effective communicator
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Adaptable and able to navigate change as the business evolves and grows
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience required
- Proficiency in Excel, Mac computers, and Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift/move packages as needed

- Full-time role based in our Midtown NYC office
- Five days per week in office
- Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours (with the possibility of weekends during busy season or sales)
