SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting logistic request and operations for incoming material delivery. Making arrangements to meet shipment requirements as well as planning and tracking shipments into production facility or to North American warehouses. A team player who is proactive to resolve gaps and ensure delivery.
JOB DESCRIPTION

· Coordinating and tracking of transportation to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
· Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
· Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
· Tracking and fixing shipping errors and maintaining database
· Preparing bills and invoices
· Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
· Strong use of SAP and MS Excel

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and calculator, ten key by touch.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk; or hear.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualifications Position Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited program; Other technical degrees with business background also considered
• 1~3 years of relevant experience (in purchasing or other disciplines that require significant negotiation and/or exposure to sourcing processes)
Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/Hourly
