OAHS is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our technical infrastructure. This role is critical to maintaining a stable environment across Microsoft 365, identity services, and core systems. Post-V2 migration, this position will assume full ownership of our Active Directory ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all OAHS technical environments.
Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365, Virtualization (VMWare), Windows Servers, and Cisco Network Appliances
Perform identity lifecycle management for all accounts and access under OAHS control.
Handle Tier-2 escalations and provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex system issues.
Participate in server patching cycles, monitoring activities, and backup verification to ensure availability and disaster-readiness.
Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation, and change plans.
Post-V2: Assume full responsibility for Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controller administration.

Education/Experience

Associate's degree in computer/network security, information technology or related field and/or equivalent experience
Computer proficiency required; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and identity management
experience in systems administration within a healthcare or similar regulated environment preferred

Hours And Pay

Part Time, 48 hours per 2 week pay period
