Operating in Scranton, PA and surrounding area, ROTO-ROOTER is looking to expand our team and hire a Project Manager to assess and provide estimates/sell Water Cleanup and Plumbing Improvement Projects.
Preferred: Any hands on work experience doing mechanical, construction, maintenance, handy man, or electrical work- APPLY TODAY!
Must be available to cover some nights, and weekends to accommodate emergency service needs as part of a limited on-call schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Promoting our commercial and residential services for properties with water damage
- Promoting our services for properties who require major plumbing improvements
- Inspect site/present solutions to existing and new customers
- Completing initial evaluation and giving estimates
- Initiating and maintaining contact with property owners, insurance adjusters and team members throughout projects
- Camera drain lines to look for breaks
Requirements include:
- Sales experience, preferably in restoration or trade industry
- Strong customer focus, effective communication
- Being adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maximizing growth in the department
- Fulfill sales quota
- IICRC certification a plus
- Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Knowledge a major advantage!
