We are seeking a detail‑oriented and driven Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations by improving processes, optimizing workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for early‑career engineers who want hands‑on exposure in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze time, motion, workflow, and production methods to drive efficiency.
- Review engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
- Support assembly-floor operations by troubleshooting build issues.
- Update routings, BOMs, and implement engineering changes as needed.
- Prepare charts, workflows, and layouts to illustrate process improvements.
- Assist in planning work assignments based on performance, capacity, and schedules.
- Create and update standard work documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, planning, logistics, engineering).
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, workshops, and problem-solving sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience: 0–2 years (internship experience accepted)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & technical documentation
- Experience with basic engineering software and tools (CAD, Office 365)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP, Teamcenter, Visio
- Experience with 5S, RCCA
- Technical writing and data interpretation abilities
- Mechanical aptitude
