BBMPS a global distributor serving the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Desalination sectors, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for an immediate opening at our Miami-Dade office. We are a fast-growing company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to support our logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate data in our systems and follow up on deliveries
- Support warehouse operations as needed
- Ensure compliance with company quality and packaging standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging or logistics
- Computer savvy – strong proficiency with Excel, email, and basic logistics software
- Fluent, clear English communication (written & spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
