Who We’re Looking For
The best fundraisers aren’t just “good at talking.”
They’re connected to something deeper.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in fundraising, sales, door-to-door, political campaigns, canvassing, or grassroots organizing
- Volunteer experience with community or advocacy organizations
- A background in theatre, performance, debate, or public speaking
- Strong communication skills in English
- The resilience to hear “no” more often than “yes” – and keep going anyway
- The ability to talk to strangers and turn a 30-second interaction into a real conversation
You don’t shy away from hard topics.
You know how to read a room.
You can tell a story that makes someone stop and think.
You’re located in Denver or can reliably commute to each shift.
Bonus if you have a vehicle and are open to carpooling teammates.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll be in neighborhoods and public spaces, having face-to-face conversations about urgent humanitarian, civil rights, and social justice issues.
Our current campaigns focus on:
- Ending global hunger and delivering clean water, food, and sanitation during crises
- Protecting women’s rights and investing in women-led solutions worldwide
- Defending civil liberties and trans rights in the face of discriminatory legislation
- Fighting for reproductive freedom and access to healthcare
You’ll memorize and deliver a structured, compelling script – but the magic happens when you make it your own.

This role requires courage, empathy, and conviction.
Compensation & Schedule
- Guaranteed $20/hour base pay
- Performance-based incentives (non-commission-based)
- 7-hour shifts between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekday & weekend shifts available
- Minimum 21 hours per week
- Full-time & part-time options
