Foreman/Working Carpenter with
pay range being $25-$35 hour + Bonus based on skill set & experience.

The General Trades Foreman – Oversees and directs the trade-specific scope of services for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards while meeting construction deadlines. This position also works hands-on alongside crew members in a carpenter capacity. Responsibilities include coordinating crews, maintaining schedules, monitoring quality, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement safety measures, ensuring compliance with Adena's safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure safe work conditions.
- Complete project documentation, including daily reports, weekly toolbox talks, and hazard analyses.
- Monitor project schedules and production rates, making adjustments to stay on or ahead of deadlines.
- Review Client and equipment needs, coordinating with relevant managers to ensure resources are in place.
- Facilitate daily coordination meetings with all trades on site.
- Oversee the quality of both self-performed and subcontracted work.
- Review and verify material deliveries, addressing damage or quality issues.
- Maintain accurate as-built documents and project cost controls.
- Communicate regularly with owners/clients to confirm project satisfaction.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage their performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training preferred.
- 30-Hour OSHA Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and schedules.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and Adena's safety standards.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites, sometimes requiring overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, humid, dusty).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
