We're partnering with a leader in the consumer food and lifestyle space to bring on a
Freelance Project Manager to support a high-volume content production workflow during a key seasonal period. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys coordinating creative teams, and knows how to keep deliverables moving without sacrificing quality.
You'll step into an established production engine and help drive the end-to-end delivery of weekly recipe content-acting as the connective tissue between Culinary, Editorial, and Photo Studio teams to ensure deadlines are met and workflows stay seamless.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project management for weekly content production-from kickoff through final delivery and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Culinary, Editorial, Photo Studio) to ensure alignment on timelines, versioning, and priorities.
- Manage production schedules, including updates, revisions, and re-shoot planning.
- Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all deliverables adhere to established guidelines and quality standards.
- Drive workflow efficiency, proactively identifying bottlenecks and keeping projects moving forward.
- Navigate change requests and competing priorities while maintaining 100% on-time delivery.
- Mitigate risks before they become issues, using clear communication and strong organizational rigor.
- Serve as the central hub of communication, ensuring stakeholders stay informed and aligned.
Qualifications:
- 3-6+ years of project management experience in content production, publishing, creative operations, or agency environments.
- Proven ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven workflows with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating creative, editorial, or studio teams is highly preferred.
- Comfortable managing version control, revisions, and fast turnaround cycles.
- A proactive communicator who can anticipate needs and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, highly collaborative remote environment.
