Project Manager – Commercial Construction

The Role
You will be fully responsible for the performance of your projects. Success is measured by schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Own commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Control schedules, budgets, submittals, subcontract administration, and safety compliance
- Lead OAC and subcontractor meetings with authority and clarity
- Be the primary decision-maker and point of contact for owners, architects, and trade partners
- Track progress aggressively and solve problems before they impact the job
- Direct Superintendents and field teams to maintain production and accountability
- Manage project finances, including job costs, change orders, rentals, and forecasting
- Partner with the estimating team to develop accurate, competitive bids
What It Takes
This role is for experienced professionals who can perform under pressure:
- Minimum 10 years managing commercial building construction projects
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills—you can lead tough conversations
- Advanced understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
- Solid OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
- Strong computer and project management skills
- High work ethic and willingness to put in the time required to win
- Able to physically access active construction sites
- Willing to live in Gillette, WY

This is a full-time leadership role. Monday–Friday, 45+ hours/week. Occasional weekends and out-of-town travel as required. Pre-employment drug testing required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
