Project Manager — Manufacturing / ETO Environment | Entry Level - Senior Level | Full-Time
📍 Addison, IL (Onsite) | ✈️ ~10% Travel | 🏭 Factory-Based Role, 5 days a week on-site

We are partnering with a growing manufacturer of engineered electrical equipment to hire two Project Managers to support increased project demand and organizational growth.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Manage custom equipment projects from RFQ through production, testing, and shipment
- Serve as a key liaison between customers, engineering, production, and sales
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or factory environments
- Experience managing custom / built-to-order / ETO projects
- Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams
- 3–7 years of experience preferred (open to strong entry-level candidates)
