Position Title: Project Superintendent
Location: U.S. Army Garrison – Kwajalein Atoll (USAG-KA)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead and oversee field operations for construction projects under USAG-KA contracts. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards, safety regulations, and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Leadership: Supervise daily construction activities, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain master schedules and short-term look-ahead; monitor progress and mitigate delays.
- Contract Administration: Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and coordinate with USACE representatives.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce contractor quality control programs; conduct inspections and ensure compliance with USACE standards.
- Safety Management: Enforce OSHA and USACE safety regulations; conduct safety meetings and maintain logs.
- Documentation: Maintain daily reports, meeting minutes, inspection records, and photographic documentation.
- Closeout: Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years supervising federal or military construction projects; familiarity with FAR/DFARS and USACE procedures.
- Certifications: OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading plans/specifications, CPM scheduling, RFIs, and quality systems; experience with MS Project, Procore, and related software.
- Leadership: Strong communication and team management skills; ability to work in remote environments.
Working Conditions
- Field-based position on Kwajalein Atoll.
- Requires adaptability to remote logistics and tropical climate.
- May involve extended stays and variable work hours.

- Salary from $35,000.00 to $55,000.00 gross annually
