This position is responsible for executing operational activities and ensuring service, safety, and accuracy standards are met. Daily Expectations
- Oversee all facets of DC operations including safety, service, cost, and people.

- Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, EPA and internal audit standards.
- Lead strategic initiatives for automation, expansion, or productivity gains.
- Serve as liaison for DC to store operations, corporate, and third-party partners.
Specific Responsibilities And Tasks
- Set vision and strategic goals for the site level facility.
- Ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded in areas like on-time delivery, cost per unit, and fill rate.
- Manage cross-functional projects involving technology or layout changes.
- Champion safety culture, oversee compliance reviews, and ensure audit readiness.
- Develop succession plans and talent pipeline across leadership layers.
