Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Operations/Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management within retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or corporate transformation environments.
- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs/projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.

The role requires hands-on management of project plans, burn-down charts, and budget tracking.
The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects. The role operates in a fast-paced retail technology environment where system downtime directly impacts store operations, requiring careful change management and contingency planning to minimize business disruption during critical migration phases. This is a 12 month contract to hire paying $65-70/hr.
