Overview: We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction management, with the ability to lead projects effectively. Responsibilities: - Oversee and lead framing carpentry projects from start to finish - Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors - Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Train and mentor junior carpenters - Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to OSHA regulations Requirements: - Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role - Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or Primavera - Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation in construction projects - Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations - Experience with pipeline construction is a plus If you are a dedicated Lead Carpenter with a passion for quality craftsmanship and project management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
