We are looking for a smart, ambitious Operations Associate to support retail operations and fulfillment in the US.
The Operations Associate will support our global Operations team, and work cross-functionally with our Retail, Marketing, and Growth teams to continuously improve supply chain and fulfillment efficiencies, as well as achieve global growth ambitions.
This role reports to the Director of Operations.

Core Responsibilities:
- Process all retail sales orders from end-to-end, including order receipt, fulfillment, and final delivery, with special focus on Sephora Canada and Sephora US
- Manage all deliveries to Sephora in the US and Canada
- Track any retail delivery exceptions/chargebacks and investigate all claims
- Review and manage inventory at our domestic 3PLs, working with our Retail and Demand Planning teams to ensure we have optimal inventory to meet sales targets for all retail channels
- Liaise with our 3PL on all retail channel fulfillment needs
- Manage the GST and tax processes for deliveries into Canada
- Manage invoicing and accounts receivable for all retailers
- Maintain and update product catalog across several platforms, including internal ERP, 3PL order management system, and retailer portals
- Analyze forecasts vs actuals and inventory coverage on a monthly basis
- Assist with fulfillment across other channels (DTC, Amazon, Tik Tok) as needed
- Support global logistics and supply chain by assisting logistics manager with international shipments (air, ocean, etc.) as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be able to work from our NYC office (hybrid, at least 3 days per week in office)
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills preferred
- Excellent relationship management/communication skills
- Experience in a startup environment or consumer goods/retail industry is a plus
- Experience with large retailers, ERP and EDI systems are a plus
Salary: 60-65k
