Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of digital enablement and technology initiatives within a forward-thinking financial services organization. This role will focus on formalizing projects, supporting planning and execution, and managing smaller to mid-sized initiatives primarily in digital transformation, IT, and emerging AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, comfort with Microsoft tools, and experience in banking or service-oriented industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage multiple small to mid-sized projects
- Formalize project plans, timelines, tasks, and documentation.
- Assist with task planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage digital enablement initiatives, including customer-facing technology projects.
- Coordinate IT- and AI-related initiatives aligned with the future of banking.
- Ensure consistent use of Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, Teams, Outlook) for project execution and reporting.
- Partner with senior project managers and leadership to ensure project alignment and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a service-based industry preferred.
- Strong ability to organize, plan, and execute projects with limited oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft project and productivity tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools; experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Planner preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification preferred but not required (candidates should be open to pursuing it).
- Exposure to digital transformation, IT, or AI-related initiatives.
