Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing)
- SolidWorks, ERP, Strong Excel Skills
- 2-4 years of Manufacturing process development / process improvement with assembly of electro-mechanical assemblies
- Strong organization, documentation of systems and leadership skills
- Experience with development and documentation of manufacturing routers and bill of materials
- Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt a plus)
- Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead variance studies with close collaboration with industrial and with manufacturing team
- Identify and implement process improvements, monitor & maintain bill of materials
- Develop & design workflows and processes for routers and BOM's
- Oversight of labor costs, routing materials
- Identify & employ cost reductions
- Participate in prototype development
