Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Columbus, OH for a Senior IT Manager. The Senior IT Manager will oversee IT strategy development and implementation, manage a team of IT professionals, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, implementing system upgrades, optimizing technology performance, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The Senior IT Manager will collaborate with operational teams to support business goals through technological innovation while resolving system challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system administration, and enterprise technologies
- Proficiency in network security, system security, and data protection measures
- Experience in project management, team leadership, and IT strategy development
- Skilled in troubleshooting, system monitoring, and IT support
- Understanding of healthcare IT systems and regulatory compliance is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- PMP certification, ITIL certification, or related credentials are a bonus
