Website Project Manager

We are seeking a Website Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects for luxury hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, client-facing communication, project leadership, and a keen eye for design and user experience. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through discovery, approvals, and launch while ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals.
- Lead end-to-end website projects, from discovery through launch, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Act as the primary client contact, managing communications, setting expectations, and building long-term trust.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and marketers to align project goals with business objectives.
- Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and coordinate user acceptance testing prior to launch.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project retrospectives.
- Contribute to process improvements, helping refine workflows, tools, and best practices for the agency.
- Understand and translate hospitality business goals into digital solutions that drive bookings and guest engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience in website development or digital agency environments.
- Experience managing projects in WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify platforms.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms); ability to communicate technical needs clearly.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and ability to provide constructive design feedback.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Asana, Trello).
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certification is a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a strong advantage.
