Location: Onsite in Beaverton, OR with potential for hybrid work after training
Duration: Contract to hire or direct hire
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $24–$31 per hour, DOE
About The Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Portland-based company to find a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support the planning and coordination of rail logistics operations, ensuring shipments are managed efficiently and delivered on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate rail shipments and manage logistics schedules
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate shipping and delivery records
- Assist in planning and optimizing rail routes and processes
- Support daily operational reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with logistics software and MS Office
