Job Requirements.
- Experience in Turn-Key maintenance.
- Experience and knowledge of how to operate a verity of power tools.
- Painting experience
- Sheetrock Repair/Install experience.
- Computer experience related to Microsoft Excell, Outlook, Onedrive, Share point, and general knowledge
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Time efficiency.
- Flexible hours.
- Electrical experience.
- Plumbing experience.
- Ability to manage in house crew while also being able to work with Vendors.
- Scheduling and deadline tracking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
