Supply Chain Specialist Process Support:
Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of production inputs, outputs, and related run activities into SAP Process Support Tools: Maintain systems that are used to support the production reporting processes Be able to reconcile or communicate any discrepancies to the Supply Chain Team Be able to troubleshoot issues with internal customers on reporting issues Provide recommendations on improving and maintaining the tools of the process Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Ability to work independently on many activities and projects with limited supervision Ability to clearly understand business processes Interpersonal versatility, well-developed planning, problem solving, decision-making skills Strong computer skills with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software (Microsoft Office Suite) Experience with SAP is preferred
Preference:

Job Description:
Where the Chemistry Happens:
Will be responsible for supply chain management, planning and procurement of materials and products to meet company objectives as well as customer requirements. Will work in a team-based environment and support other areas as needed. Supply Chain Specialist will manage inventory levels in accordance with company goals and guidelines.
Formula for Success:
• Analyze, maintain, and fully utilize MRP create purchase orders and follow up
• Evaluate production demand in order to provide a commitment to new sales orders and delivery when products are finished
• Ability to work and communicate well with all levels of internal management and staff
• Processing / Maintaining / Analyzing Data
• Develop, implement and enforce SHE goals and objectives of facility
• Communication of sensitive information and feedback to vendors, customer service, and supply chain
• Creation of reports and information packages
• Monitor and maintain material master data, open purchase orders, and open stock transfer orders to ensure SAP dates are accurate and updated
• May assist with overflow work from other colleagues
• Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations
• Oversee stock levels of warehouse inventory for multiple locations
• Maintain appropriate purchased inventory flow
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work under high pressure situations
• Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions
• Work in other areas of Supply Chain as dictated by workforce demand and Supply Chain Team Leader and Manager
