Accepting Field Debris Monitor Applications
Eisman & Russo, Inc. is dedicated to the rehabilitation of communities significantly affected by natural disasters or severe weather events. We are currently inviting applications for the position of Debris Monitor to oversee debris removal operations during the winter storm season. At this stage, we are solely collecting applications, and should an ice storm occur in your region, we will reach out regarding potential employment opportunities. Individuals in this role will serve as the on-site monitors, documenting the removal and disposal of debris generated by disasters.
Role Responsibilities:
- Utilize personal vehicles and smartphones following contractors during fieldwork
- Visually Monitor cleanup activities in the field
- Document progress and outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Verification of valid auto insurance coverage
- Accessible personal vehicle
- Necessary I-9 and E-verify documentation
- Valid bank account in your name for direct deposit
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to work 12-hours a day, 7 days a week
- Comfortable working outdoors, even in challenging weather conditions
- A smartphone (Android or Apple) with ample data storage for 200+ GPS pictures daily
- Equipped with steel-toed boots for safety compliance
