Responsibilities:
• Drive operational strategies to support organizational growth and efficiency.
• Develop and implement workflow improvements to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Manage and oversee staffing plans to ensure optimal capacity and resource allocation.
• Plan and coordinate schedules to align with project timelines and business goals.
• Lead project management initiatives to ensure successful completion of objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecard metrics.
• Utilize tools like Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) to facilitate communication and document sharing.
• Provide strategic guidance to support staff and foster a cohesive team environment.
• Analyze and report on operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the organization’s growth through innovative problem-solving and decision-making.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong expertise in developing and monitoring scorecard metrics and KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage capacity and optimize staffing plans.
• Proficiency in using Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) and other collaboration tools.
• Proven success in leading project management efforts in dynamic business environments.
• Background in civil engineering is highly desirable.
• Experience working in startups or growth-focused organizations is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
