Senior Investment Associate – AI Investments

With a deep focus on frontier innovation, the firm is expanding its artificial intelligence investment practice and is seeking a Senior Investment Associate drive sourcing, diligence, and portfolio value creation across the AI ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and origination of high-conviction opportunities across AI infrastructure, foundation models, applied AI, and enabling technologies.
- Build and maintain a proprietary pipeline of global AI founders, research labs, engineers, and applied-AI operators.
- Conduct detailed technical and commercial diligence: model architectures, data strategy, defensibility, scalability, and monetisation frameworks.
- Develop investment memos, financial analyses, and thesis-driven research to support IC decisions.
- Work closely with portfolio founders to accelerate product development, go-to-market, partnerships, and operational scaling.
- Represent the firm at global AI events, research hubs, and industry networks, constantly scanning for breakthrough innovation.
- Contribute to long-term thesis development on emerging AI trends and frontier technologies.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, AI-focused M&A, or a high-performance AI/ML product or research environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architecture, model ecosystems, data pipelines, and computational infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing or evaluating technically complex investments.
- Global mindset, with a strong network across AI researchers, founders, engineers, and industry operators.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to form independent, thesis-driven views.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil deep technical information into structured investment insights.
- Passion for AI and frontier technology, combined with a builder mentality and entrepreneurial approach.
