New Construction Estimator / Sales /Project Manager
High Income Potential - Looking for Motivated Individuals with 3-5 years of experience in commercial door sales, plan reading, estimating and new construction project management.
- Must be able to commute to Baldwin Park, CA Mon- Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform full plan and specification take offs
- Create well written proposals
- Development of new national chain accounts
- Create lasting relationships
- Salesperson with high success in closing sale
- Following up on proposals
- In field meetings and networking
- Project management
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- General department support
- Misc. as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Commercial Overhead Coiling Doors and Sectional Doors knowledge
- Ability to do plan takeoffs and read through specifications of commercial doors
- English / Spanish speaking a plus
- Estimating
- Project management
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving attitude
- Mechanically Inclined
- Excellent organization skills
- Construction knowledge a MUST
- Must be a motivated individual
- College degree preferred

Compensation
- $60K - $80K annual Base Salary + Commission
