OVERVIEW

We are seeking someone who is capable, detail-oriented and proactive Operations Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-tasking, internet savvy, adhere to onsite fabrication safety requirements, administrative knowledge, and possess a diverse skill set to support various operational functions.

DUTIES

Position is 30% remote, with on-site requirement during project Installation stage (45 days), Maintenance Stage (60-90 days) and dismantle stage (14 days) - we provide housing, food, and travel during all business travel and on-site projects.
Monitor project operations, and ensure each phase of the project is being handled according to the timeline.
Developing strategy and advanced techniques to deliver better processes.
Hiring and Training of new employees remotely during growth periods.
Business retention of current accounts, and improving relations Tradeshow and Conference participation when needed
Bilingual English - Chinese
Adhere to Safety Protocol in connection to onsite fabrication - and manage the operations according to all SAFETY Guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to travel at any time
Must have a flexible schedule and ability to focus on multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly developing environment.
Being proficient in Administrative level functions are critical (Word - Excel - PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and self motivating.
Bilingual English / Chinese
