Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager who can step into a role of a thriving electrical contractor and lead a growing department, oversee projects and teams within our organization. The ideal candidate will need to possess a strong background in electrical project management methodologies and demonstrate expertise in management, program development, leadership, and strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage project scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a minimum of 10 years prior experience as a project manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage project scope by defining deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of tasks.
- Develop and implement management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project phases.
- Utilize processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across projects.
- Oversee program development efforts, ensuring that all projects align with strategic goals.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation using tools provided for project tracking and reporting.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management methodologies.
